Cardiorespiratory fitness
As the name is shown it is related to your heart. It measures the ability of your body to inhale the oxygen and consume that oxygen into your body.
Balance
It means your ability to balance your body to stay on your feet without falling.
Musculoskeletal Fitness
It is related to your muscles fitness like durability, muscle power, and strength.
Speed
It means how fast you can move.
Difference between exercise and Fitness:
There is a difference between fitness and exercise. The purpose of exercise is to upgrade the fitness. These components or elements are used to measure the level of your fitness.
Advantages of Exercises:
There are several advantages of exercise in our daily life:
